Our Sechelt Location is currently seeking a full-time experienced Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Managing subcontractor payments including WCB Clearances and Insurance Requirements
- Receiving and recording cash, cheques, and electronic payments
- Interacting with our team, customers, and vendors
- Ordering office supplies, picking up mail and bank deposits
- Managing internal email accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
Compensation
- $25/hour
