What is out on the lot
Once a year we empty the warehouse into the parking lot and sell it for two days. Hardwood, vinyl plank, laminate, tile, carpet roll ends, accessories and setting materials, all out on the lot, all priced to go home that weekend.
Take-all lots
A whole stack of one product at one price. The sample and the price are on the top box. If you are doing a room or a whole house, this is the best value of the year. When a lot is gone, it is gone.
By the square foot
Pallets priced per square foot for anyone who needs a specific amount. Samples and prices are on every row.
20% off accessories
Accessories, foam, transitions, thinset, Schluter and setting materials are 20% off for the two days unless they already have a sale tag.
Before you come
- All sales are final. No returns, no refunds.
- Everything must be paid for and picked up by Saturday at 3:00pm.
- Please inspect your product before you take it.
- Bring a truck or trailer if you can. Ask us about delivery if you cannot.
- Friday morning is the busiest. The best lots go first.
